PowerBI Plug-in won't load my data from Jira.

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have encountered a few issues with Jira and its connectivity to the PowerBI plug-in.
Once I try load the data on to the ODATA feed, it doesn't finish loading. A screenshot this can be found attached to this post. I have even left it overnight, and it still hasn't loaded.
I have also made sure my JQL's have been validated.
I would appreciate any support you can provide me with.
