@Robert Massaioli _Atlassian_ I have just set up the My Reminders App but it is not sending any reminders to my email. I tested sending a reminder via your app today and have saved the reminder which is still saved however the email did not go out.
How can I ensure the emails go out and find all the notifications that have have not been sent so I can review the list and complete the actions.
I have checked my notifications settings and there are all on as per below.
I receive system generated emails that are tagged to me and I have tested the My Reminders option in Jira which did send a reminder to my email.

For anybody who wishes to see why their reminders are not sending, you can directly look at the logs for the App. Simply go to the App on the Connected Apps page and click "Download logs" and peruse through them to see why your users reminders did or did not send.
From my logs, I can currently see that there are 4 customers (of all the installations) that are having any problems with reminder sending. If you are one of these four customers, I would recommend raising an issue with Atlassian Support so that they can individually assist you as there is likely a misconfiguration that has occurred for your particular workspace.
Otherwise, since I have recently improved logging, please attempt to create a reminder again so that I can be aware of those that are having issues.

@Robert Massaioli _Atlassian_ I cannot create a new comment here but the documentation links for this app no longer work. Also, the support link brings me to your repository but I cannot create a new issue.
I also am not receiving emails but the logs say they were sent successfully. I did try to input a ticket with Atlassian Support and it actually will not allow you to since they do not support this app.

We are also having the same issue no reminders, but when I try to log a case with the URL provided it says I can not create a case. Should I be creating the case with Atlassian Support instead?
