When you say manage your computer equipment, can you confirm what you mean?

Do you mean track them as assets? If yes, I'd check out Asset Management, which is included with Jira Service Management Premium/Enterprise.

At first, we want to register all the laptop of the company and affect them. 
some laptop have some specificity that we need to add. 

for example, how can we list all the laptop of the company with all the specifications added, ( brand, memory, kind of giga ram, accessories…)

Asset Management is going to be the right approach.

It allows you to list your assets as objects with any information you want to include - like brand, memory, etc.

You can also print QR codes, if you'd like to keep track of those physical assets beyond the Object ID.
