Jira SM & Software automation

Dear all,

 

I'm trying to find a way when a ticket is created in a project Service Management is also duplicated in a Jira Software project. 

 

Is there a way?

You can use Automation to create an issue in Software when issue created in Service Management. Project Settings>Automation.  Select Trigger When issue created, then Edit Create issue.  Select the Software Project to create an issue in.
