I have on/offboarding project. Once the ticket submitted, there are 5 forms attached to that ticket for each department to fill out, such as IT, Facilities, Business Application, Security...
I just want to create a dashboard so the agents can see which forms that need to fill out and submit instead of looking one by one.

I'm not sure that tickets created from forms in JWM can be filter out by JQL. I couldn't find anything about that. Maybe you can ask Atlassian support about that (https://support.atlassian.com).
