Hi, when I try to invite a user I get this message:
we can't send any invitations because one or more accounts you have invited have been deactivated. Remove these accounts from your invitations and try again.
But the user does not exist in the user list and is not unsubscribed.

This error seems to be related to a deactivated Atlassian account. Atlassian account can be deactivated by an org administrator in case they have verified the domain.
Can you please let us know if the users you are trying to invite are from a custom domain or if it’s a gmail, outlook, yahoo?
Can you check if the users you need to invite can access https://id.atlassian.com/?
If possible, please, send us a screenshot of the error.
