Whatever the project I select in Jira I'm not able to generate the timeline view. Here is the feedback I get from the view:
I checked and stadard issues are used. I didn't find any configuration that helped.
Do you have any idea?

Could you also go to the ... on the top right and click on the "edit issue types"?

I just changed it to "none", saved, refresh the timeline ... same error :/

Strange.. I would expect some other error then.
Perhaps it might be best to open an issue with Atlassian support for this one so they can have a look in your instance..
