Hello, How can I use Jira Workflow Engine in my Product?

I would like to add workflow management in my product as a feature.

How can I do so?

It's based on os_workflow, but modified for Jira and you won't be able to rip it out of the core of Jira and reuse it in your own product.  If you really want to base something on it, start with a search https://www.google.com/search?q=os_workflow+opensymphony&oq=os_workflow+opensymphony - the original opensymphony project is gone, but you may be able to find something you can use.
