What is the meaning of the screenshot below.

Hi @Rose Ann Revilla

This is a Jira Service Management (JSM) Project; check you have a JSM Agent license to use these features.

This appears to be an issue when you have multiple Jira products in a Free license, because you get 10 JSW/JWM licenses, but only 3 JSM agent licenses.

---

To check this...

  1. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/
  2. Select your Organization (if needed)
  3. Select Directory from the top navigation bar
  4. Select your user account
  5. Ensure for the product "Jira Service Management" you have the product role "User (agent)"

Hi there,

Can you check the screenshot if this is what you are telling?

How can we resolve our issue?

Thank you in advance.

Hi @Rose Ann Revilla

Hover over the yellow triangle warning icon; what error does it state?

Hi @Rose Ann Revilla

The exclamation after the JSM entry in your image should give you the required information. It can mean a few things like, either someone choose to remove JSM from your subscription, or (since it was STANDARD) the trial or subscription is no longer valid and your product won't be usable anymore.

Would suggest navigating to the Billing Tab to check if that shows you some more information.

If none of these approached work, you can raise a support ticket with Atlassian with your JSM's SEN so that they can help out too.
