Due date on backlog shows 1 day earlier than actual due date on the ticket

When we set up a due date in the issue itself, the due date on the backlog dashboard shows 1 day earlier than the actual due date.

Testing on my local site, I was able to replicate the same issue. 

I can see that you have only Jira Core on your site, so the issue is happening on a Business project.

Hi John, please see attached. The ticket due date is October 28 but dashboard shows October 27.Due Date on Dashboard.PNGDue Date on Ticket.PNG

Very strange - I would put in a support ticket with Atlassian:

https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

It is on the free cloud service so I cannot submit any tickets, I can only use the community page.
