Hi!

I have different departments. Each department has 50+ comments on a task and I don't want the other departments to see the 50+ comments besides the comments from their specific colleague in that department.

I know there is a padlock icon in the comment but people do not know which group they are in or to select.

I want somehow when Person A is added to the "Designer" group and then automatically all the comments from Person A are only visible to the Designer group.

I can use other tools like Script runner to do that but please guide me on how to do that.
