Hi, I have 2 projects (let's call them A and B). Project A has a Service Desk, and for a specific request type submitted via Service Desk (A) I'm cloning the issue into project B (here there is no Service Desk). So far so good, the automation is working.

The problem is that, after the issue is cloned, I can't see it in the portal of project B. If I create the same issue manually in project B I can see it in the portal, but not with the automation. Is there a solution for this?

Thanks

Hello @Afonso Amorim Coelho

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

I'm a little confused by your statement that the issue created in Project B (by cloning an issue in Project A) is not appearing in Project B's "portal". You said Project B is not a Service Desk project. The term "portal" is used to reference the special Customer Portal interface that is available only for Service Desk projects.

If Project B is not a Service Desk project, what type of project is it?

And what do you mean by its "portal"? Can you provide a screen image of the "portal" for Project B?
