Hi guys,
How can I change the status of multiple (239 to be precice) projects easily instead of drag-dropping them one by one?
Thanks!
Antti
Hi Antti - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
What exactly are you trying to do? Do you want to change the name of the status? Do you want to change the status in the workflow? We need more information please.
Projects don't have status, so I'm going to assume you mean issues.
You can use "bulk edit" to transition issues through their workflows - basically, do a broad search for the issues you want to change (you get to refine the exact list later in the process), and look to the top right of the issue navigator for the options.
Bulk-edit will be in the list (assuming your admins have given you the global permission to use bulk edit), and clicking that takes you to a set of questions about what you want to do with the issues, one of which is "transition".
