Calendar date picker keyboard navigation is gone from the time tracking modal

When tracking/logging time for an issue, the date picker input widget used to allow keyboard navigation. Some time ago keyboard navigation became impossible on this input field. I would like to request the return of this feature (or understand how to re-enable it, if it is settings based), since I can log time far more efficiently with the keyboard than with the mouse. This is also a backwards step for accessibility.

By keyboard navigation, I am referring to the ability to use the tab and arrow keys to select a date for the input field. When tabbing to the Date started field from Time remaining, I used to be able to use the arrow keys to navigate to and select a date:

Interesting indeed, as I have tested from my side and I was able to select a different date with TAB and arrows on the keyboard.

What happens when you hit the TAB button? Are there any movements or is it standing in place?

Let's say that TAB is working and you are able to select the whole date section (there is a rectangle around the date), when using arrow keys, what is happening?
