Had created a bug workflow with "Todo", "Dev Fixed", "Reopen" and "Closed" status for bug life cycle.
Later, the workflow was edited and saved to "Open", "Dev Fixed", "Reopen" and "Closed".
After this change, the dashboard data is NOT showing up correctly. The data for Open (ToDo) and Closed status are merged/added up and showing under Open.
Need help in resolving this issue.
Thanks in advance.
Hi @care4anand - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
What gadgets are you using on your dashboard to display the information? What does the underlying filter look like that the gadget(s) is using?
Hi John,
Thanks for quick response, appreciate it.
We are using Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget.
I have attached the screenshot of the underlying filter.

Anand

The current Dashboard looks like the below image, where in the Testing and Open status, issues are merged with Reopen issues and are showing under Reopen Status.

Hmm, very strange. Maybe needs a refresh or to clear the cache for the Dashboard? Have your tried another browser or incognito mode?

Hi John,
We had already tried all that you have suggested, yet the problem exists.

Well, I would open a support ticket with Atlassian then. I have no idea what else it might be. Please post back here with the solution so we can have something for future readers to see.

Local Atlassian support team said that it is an issue with the 2 Dimensional gadget that is being used, They have logged a ticket for the same to be resolved.
