Please help me about a Sum of 2 custom Filed.
Custom Filed name:
1. Production Date: ( Under the "Date Picker")
2. Production Days: ( under the "Number Filed")
After adding the tow custom filed, I want once ticket transit from one status to another status, "Due date" automatically will be set based on automation rule.
Example: Production Date (14th April, 2024) + Production Days(10) = Due date (24th April, 2024)
Hope I am able to explain in a details, Please help me about this automation rule.

@Jerrold - Empyra Please help me with one more automation rule.
I need to set out JIRA Project according to our office shift. I want to exclude non-working hours and weekends time. How we can set our JIRA Project according to our shift time. My office working time is 9:30 to 18:00(IST Zone).
Our all user working 09:00-18:00. Any possibility to set our JIRA Instance according to working hours. My office working time is: 9:00 to 18:00 IST. (9AM to 6PM)
Requirement: Once a user moves a ticket from one status to another by 5:30 PM on 16th April 2024.
Then I need to complete those tickets by 10:30 AM on 17th April 2024. And I set a 2-hours task completing time on each status then 30 Min on 16th April 2024 and 1hr 30 min for 17th April 2024 by 10:30 AM.
How we can set?
Please explain in step by step.
