Are you an Organization Admin or a Billing Admin/Contact for the Organization under which the product exists?
If so, what information do you find when you go to https://admin.atlassian.com and check the Billing page and go to Manage Subscriptions for the product?
If you don't have that level of access you will need to contact the people in your company that do have that level of access.
If you are on a paid subscription, one reason a product may be suspended is due to lack or payment or failure to process the payment if you have provided a credit card.
If you are on a Free subscription, the product may be suspended after an extended period of inactivity, or if you have exceeded the user limit for a Free subscription and we automatically bumped to a Trial for a paid subscription and then did not provide payment information.
