work mode option not displaying

I deleted some previous board and create new one ,after create the backlog and starting sprint I am unable to get the "work mode" option instead it is displaying "Active Sprints".

Are you sure you started the sprint. Unless you explicitly  start a sprint, work mode is hidden. 

Once you start the sprint by specifying the start and end date, then work mode should become visible
