I had defined test cases in Xray it shows the following error message "some issues appear to be out of sync between Xray and Jira we recomend that you perform a re-index of the following projects"
I am not able to generate results for test also

Please perform the re-index in Xray settings as described in the documentation:
If the error message persists, it is best to contact Xray Support (http://xraysupport.xpand-it.com) since it will be necessary to troubleshoot your cause.

The re-index is executed to fix indexing issues, so if you have any issues with index problems, these will be affected. But this would happen anyway since without the correct index the issue would not function properly.
