why can't I delete my Atlassian account?

Hi @Dhirabratawaney ,

Welcome to the community!

This can happen because of 2 things.

1 - You have to clear cache and data from your browser and then try to delete!

2 - You might have been enabled some services or using some services that need to be deleted or disabled first then you will able to delete your account!
