The remote access via web browser does not work when Symantec antivírus is enabled. Which configurations shall be done in order to allow this comunication (e.g.: ports and protocols to be allowed).
We have found a solution: in the firewall window of Symantec Manager, under policies, we have created a new rule to allow ports 50000 - 60000 (remote) and 8080 (local).
As the Atlassian team and community not suggesting to use semantic anti virus on servers. please try for other anti-virus tools
