when trying to access from g workspace ac count error: JLEVKT

With Jira's free plan I'm trying to access as a user, admin access has been grantes, but when clicking on the emaillink I keep getting the following error: JLEVKT

Any ideas?

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know more details about the email link that you are clicking. 

Is it a notification from a ticket or an invitation?

Can you share a screenshot of the page that you are redirected to? Just make sure to hide private information.

Can you try to follow the same steps using incognito mode?

seems to have sorted itself out by now, I imagine it had something to do with transferring the accounts to google workspace :)
