We have a JIRA account, We are trying to determine the the cost associated to the licensing of users and agents within our setup.

What is the difference between Users and Agents on JIRA?

And how this impacts the licensing cost with the following products

1. Confluence

2. JIRA Software

3. JIRA Service Management

Hi Travis,

Agents only apply to Jira Service Management (JSM) and are an extra cost above your regular Jira Software licensed user costs.
