You won't be able to use the plugin, and it will show as broken on pages that use it.

so do you mean the subscription will be suspended? assume i have raised a monthly a payment but I miss the payment at some point, is the license status will become inactive ?

Not sure what you mean by unsubscribed. The plugin will display that its license need to be renewed. If I recall it right it will be disabled. Once you pay you will be able to enable it.
