users were often deleted or updated to be Inactive automatically

users were often  deleted or updated to be Inactive automatically. these users can't be assigned to a issue before they relogin JIRA. 

Is this related to my jira server settings? this question appear when the number of users increase more than 2000.

What is the maximum number of commercial authorized users you purchase? Has the number of 2000 active users reached the upper limit?

Our license does not limit the number of users.but it has expired in 2016/12/27。

Hi @zhangyifei,

from the above picture, this user is synchronizing information from Ldap-2. Have you checked if this user has been adjusted at the data source? Such as disabled.

 I  checked,but the LDAP display user status as available
