I submitted a request to reactivate a suspended account after a free trial, how long does it take to get it active ? and can you switch it to the free version right immediately ?

Kindly be informed the billing, activation etc. requests are better resolved and addressed by the Atlassian support team as we the community members, will not have access to the end user's instances.
