text gadget problems: "This gadget was uninstalled by the administrator"

Hello,

I'm using Jira 6.1.1 (build 6155) server edition.

when adding text gadget with simple html (simple table with font elements).

when running with Microsot Edge, in some point the gadget stop to be accessible and I get the message: "This gadget was uninstalled by the administrator" and I have to delete the gadget.

After adding new text gadget, the first time when I add the html code - all looks fine. after page refreash - same error.

Needless to say, all this time the dashboard works properly on Chrome & Firefox

JIRA did not officially add support for the Microsoft Edge browser until the 7.1.4 release of JIRA.   Source: JIRA 7.1.x supported platforms documentation.

The Edge browser is not truly compatible with this older version of JIRA.  I would recommend testing out an upgrade to 7.1.4 or higher version in order to see if the same problem persists on these updated versions that actually support that browser.

Thank you for the quick reply, we are at the cycle of evaluating upgrade to 7.X version.
