Hello guys,
We use Jira project Invoice (for approving invoices) and Helpdesk - where people creates their orders which need to be approved. In helpdesk form, people can add an attachment which is later copied to the invoice project. (the attachment is copied as a link - in issue description is attachment: {{attachment.content}}
First it was working with no problem but recently an error has accrued. When someone tries to download/see the attachment through the link(leader, member,...), the link just redirect them to a page where is an error message: {"errorMessages": ["You do not have permission to view the attachment with id: 27897"], "errors": {}}.
Our helpdesk permission for view issue is divided into two groups - admins and people (all) and only admin can see all helpdesk issues. But in invoices is different and much more people can edit or view issues.
i just tried to add one person to admin group and it started to work. but it is super weird because it was working and suddenly it stopped. i don’t think this is the right way how to solve the problem. I think there shlould be a better way.
