"Story" not showing up as Issue Type

C L-S November 4, 2012

We used to have a trial Greenhopper installed and removed it some time ago. We deleted the "Story" and "Epic" issue types afterwards. We just bought it and installed it and "Story" does not show up as an issue type. Can we manually add this? Where should we reference it after being added as an issue type? Does anything else need to be added? What about Epic?

This link to the Atlassian Wiki - http://bit.ly/UKQgUH - shows how to associate Stories and Epics with Greenhopper if you need to recreate them. There is a bit more information here on the other Greenhopper fields - http://bit.ly/Sy3OlK.

Have you specified the SCRUM template rather than the default one?

Yes... appears to be a known bug. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-6495
