hello, I have some users that complain that they suddenly no more have the "See the old view" button to temporarily switch to old view when the new view is active.
I checked user rights and find nothing to explain.
I need old view access for transition button for escalation. Do you think is due to some changes from Atlassian, as they plan to fully migrate to new view end of march?
Or any other reason?

It is possible that they started rolling it out early. I would reach out to Atlassian support directly to inquire
