Good afternoon, We have been using Jira on a server with a plugin "Time To SLA", but when migrating it to the cloud we have lost it and as analyzed, it is not available for the cloud. It really is that? Or is there any possibility of having this pluggin? Regards, Angela

I'm using TTS for some time on Jira Server and it's not available for cloud.
On cloud you can use the SLA from Service Desk (only in projects of that type)

Correct, you can't use it on Cloud.
You'd have to contact the vendor to see if they have any plans to build a Cloud version.
