outgoing mail is failed

Hi, in our case we use a custom Mail Server and it doesn't support TLS. 

So I unchecked "TLS" :Optional - the mail server requires the use of TLS security. 

And everything worked for me

hi Abu,

have you try to make sure the configuration in the mail server is correct? that your smtp outgoing server is configure correctly? i.e. SSL socket port is correct?

you can do a test email and see if that work first.
