When I receive issues, often they are with (Excel) attachments. I can open those attachments but most of the time the screen width is to small to show the content.
I have to scroll down a lot to see all the content.
Even when I zoom out it is still to small. The attachments are mostly in A4 size.
Is there are way to scale down the attachments to fit to the page size?
Kind regards from the Netherlands,
Peter
Hi @Peter van Schoonderwalt and welcome to the community,
I don't think it's possible to do that currently. When you open an excel on JSW, it actually seems to "print it" rather than open it. So you will see different columns on different pages etc.
Thanks for your reply.
I couldn't find out any "knobs" to arrange the layout so now this is acknowledged I can rest my case.

There isn't any knob to do that. Unfortunately, it is what it is. Perhaps in the future they will improve this.

Alex,
When you go to the (excel) attachments and hover over it, then the cloud symbol with arrow appears. Click on this symbol and a message appears with a possibility to open in Excel.
The Excel sheet are now visible as wantend.
