java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "false" occurs when loading user list or logging

Sijo kurien January 19, 2022

Hi all,

We faced this issue in one of our banking clients and the server was down for a day until we got hooked on the below link which resolved the issue.

But the client is adamant that they need an RCA. Can someone help us understand why this issue occurs. This happened for one of the service accounts and hence no tickets could be logged in our API based real time application. Please help us with the details if any one has any clue.

Hi @Sijo kurien

You already shared the knowledge base link for your problem.

Did this link help you fix the problem or are you still having the same issue?

Hi, Issue is fixed but the client wants an RCA on why this table gets an invalid string "false".

Thanks,

As far as I can see, the exact root cause of this has not yet been determined by Atlassian.
