Hi All,

I have created one standard issue type and configured to project issue type scheme. But while creating a ticket the issue type does not appear.

Thanks and Regards

Hi, @uday !

It looks like customization, like Live Fields from Power Scripts or Behaviors from Scriptrunner, etc.

Do you have any external apps?

Hi @uday Check the issue type scheme for the project .

Note that only standard issue types can be created with no parent using the top Create Button.

Others need to be created within a parent issue (that is on the issue view screen using Creating Subtask menu)

What kind of issue type is the missed one? Standard or Subtask?

See Administration >> Issue Types: If Standard --

See Behaviours included within Script Runner for Jira, Issue Type Filters (and Security) application or any of this kind.

Hi @uday ,

As you say there is only one standard issue type, so there are not options to choose. If you still think it is a problem, explain a bit and share a screenshot or picture of it.

Hello Kevin,

So there are multiple issue types for the project but while selecting specific standard issue type it does not appear to choose issue type.

@uday okay, but can you share an image to understand the issue better?
