Hi,
Sorry to hear about this problem. There is a KB about this problem over in We're unable to confirm that Jira license error during JIRA setup.
We know this problem can happen when the operating system calendar is set to Buddhist calendar, such as Thai for instance. This KB has a workaround that should help here.
Workaround
The workaround is either:
- Set the localization back to anything that uses the Gregorian calendar in the server. OR
Follow KB on Setting properties and options on startup to add below JVM entry to the startup option.
-Duser.language=en -Duser.country=US
Restart JIRA for the changes to take effect.
Once this is complete, you should then be able to apply this license key correctly.
