i cannot receive jira software invitation email from my company

I cannot receive jira software invitation but i can receive invitation from bitbucket cloud from my company.

We had retried more than 10 times but i still don't see jira invitation for the project. Please help check

Hi Phan,

Sorry to hear about this problem.  I took a look at our mail server logs for your address, but I did not find any clear email bounce messages.  In fact I found only one recent message that appears to be a Jira invite:

But according to our system, that message was marked as delivered by the destination SMTP mail server.  So I would recommend that you try to send this invite once more.  If that does not arrive, I would suggest showing this log to your mail administrator in order to see if perhaps the message was flagged as spam by your mail system or otherwise redirected away from your inbox.
