We recently upgraded Jira from 7.13.5 -> 8.11.1
After the upgrade, we are seeing the heath check error "The Modern HTTP Protocols health check has failed in your system."
Our Jira Server sits behind an F5 load balancer.
I found this documentation that details how to address this error.

Anyone recommend http2 profile settings for optimal performance?
Hi @SCM Intralinks,
There are a dozen of articles publicly accessible to compare the protocols; HTTP/2 – A Real-World Performance Test and Analysis and etc. It does help to serve Jira at an optimal level.
The recommendation would be to use HTTP/2 or newer unless you have a very specific requirement that required Jira to be running on older HTTP protocols.
Thanks,
Moga
