http 500 errors when accessing Project and Issues

We think that our database become corrupt when we installed an add-on. We have tried our best to restore the DB but we still get the errors. Any ideas?

Can you please provide us any errors displayed in the atlassian-jira.log file when reproducing the error? You can check the documentation below to know how you can access this file:

Also, can you provide us with the add-on you installed?

Analyzing similar problems reported before, it is possible that you might be facing one of the problems described in the documentation below, although we can not give a precise root cause without the logs:

Can you please follow the steps of the documentation to check if you are facing one of the described errors and properly run the fix steps?
