how to enlarge the column of active sprint ?

hi fellas, i have a monitor fullhd and is remaining a lot of space, 

how can i enlarge the height of my sprint collumns?

This isn't something I would recommend. The column background color will grow with the board as more items are visible. Another reason not to try and force the column height (through CSS or another mechanism) is that you may break the layout when/if you introduce swimlanes.

 have 4 itens in To do, and is showing just 3.

True, but I am guessing you will continue to add more to your "To do" list than will be completed or moved through the other columns, which will move the grey background bar down the page.
