at our current sprint we discovered bugs and we want to track them at our scrum board. But it seams that there is no possibility to add issues in type 'bug'

how can we solve it?

cheers,

Florian

When you start a Sprint, your development team has committed to implement the stories in that Sprint. The Sprint backlog is then supposed to be fixed for the duration of that Sprint: nothing should be added or removed. If a new bug is found, then it gets added to the Product Backlog and the Product Owner will decide when it should be implemented.

So you'll find that your newly created bug is in the Product Backlog (Plan mode), not the Sprint Backlog (Work mode).

Take a look at https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/85519/automatically-reported-bugs-to-the-current-sprint?page=1#88530 to see how one user dealt with this.

You can of course add. What happens when you create an issue of type bug? Is your filter for the board preventing it from seeing it?

creation works, but with message:

Your issue BPMFP-619 has been created but is not currently visible.

it is not visible at my scrum bord - but if I use the filter behind in classic mode, it is. There are no aditional quick filters enabled.

any ideas?

Classic mode? What happens when you see in issue navigator? Is the sprint field disabled for bug issue type in field configuration?
