how do i add a sub-task to a user story using next-gen project

I am trying to add sub-tasks to user stories using the next-gen project board.  How do I do this?

@jesse.mcsweeney a subtasks has to have a parent issue always assigned. If you would like to change the parent you can use the Change Parent action in the card or issue view meatball. Let me know if this works.

Hi Jesse,

To add a subtask its the add child issue icon that can be located on the main issue view or in the side panel when an issue is selected on the backlog view.

When you're looking at the Story issue type directly from the main issue view, it can be done here:

When you are looking at the backlog and select the desired story to pop up the issue details pane it can be done from here:
