how do I enable capturing screenshots

I am unable to figure out why the attach screenshot via copy paste is not working in Windows using Jira cloud. Attachments are enabled.

Are you getting some sort of error message? What exactly is the symptom of "not working"?

Have you tried in a different browser.

In what field are you trying this action?

In what screen are you trying the action; Create Issue, Edit ?
