how can notify on desktop taskbar?

hi all,

I am using inbox plugin to notify us in the case of issue creating or updating. inbox uses browser notification ability and show notification as pop-ups. in this case, the pop up will be shown for some seconds or minutes based on the configuration and after that the notification will be vanished. the question is that is there any way to remain the notification in windows notification center until the user click on it? or in any way show the new issue or updated one in the browser icon in the desktop taskbar? many thanks

Bug Watcher notifications  has some in browser pop up options that may be what you are looking for.

many thanks for your advice, based on the Bug Watcher notifications, it uses browser pop-up notification to notify which shown only 10 seconds.
