Hi guys, using this query and can not figure out why tasks with status 'done' in Done column are not hiding when they are older than 5 days
project = SUP AND ("Epic Link" != SUP-1066 OR "Epic Link" is EMPTY) AND NOT (status = Done AND status changed to Done after -5d) ORDER BY Rank ASC
please help
I’m not sure I would hide issues permanently on a scrum board personally since the goal of a scrum process is to use the board to review the sprint daily and at the end to see what was completed. And completing the sprint considers all issues in the Done (far right) column as complete for report purposes. Maybe consider a quick filter for this?
with that said try this...
project = SUP AND ("Epic Link" != SUP-1066 OR "Epic Link" is EMPTY) and(status != Done or status changed to done after -5d)
hi @Jack thank you for the answer! we are not running scrum, only using scrum board because otherwise there is nopossiblity to have several backlogs (tech backlog, improvements, etc) and we need that
solved problem by changing the request to this
suppose that your option would work too, thanks!
project = Project_Name AND NOT (status = Done AND !(status changed to Done after -7d)) ORDER BY Rank ASC
