anyone found a good add on for tracking and storing past sprint points performance, realised vs budgeted?

Is there only one person on the scrum team? 

If not, what problem are you trying to solve by measuring this for individuals rather than for the entire team?  Measuring by individuals for a scrum team can create unintended consequences, such as reduced trust, collaboration, respect, and delivery of the most valuable items first.
