Hi,

Can you please tell us the version of Jira you upgraded from and to, as well as your database type and version?

Kind Regards,
Shannon

I had upgraded 7.3 to 7.5, why this happen?

Hi there,

I need to look further into the issue before I have information about that. I also requested your database type and version. Can you let me know what that is?

Thank you.

Kind Regards,
Shannon

I don't know, i had installed jira software using .bin file over the own linux server. let me know how can i check that version

It sounds like you could possibly be using the built-in H2 database, which is only for evaluation purposes. This may have gotten corrupt in your upgrade.

Do you happen to have any backups of your Jira instance prior to upgrading?

I would recommend getting an external database (such as Postgres) and setting up a new Jira instance and restore to that.

Kind Regards,
Shannon
