free licences

Hello,

We are using free licences for Jira software and service management. Now we have 8 active users. 1 user is using only service management. 2 users are using Jira software and service management. 5 users are using only Jira software.
Why I can't invite one more new user?
I got the message "You've reached the maximum number of users for one of your products. To add this user, upgrade your plan."

Can you share the site settings -> product access page details?

@Ieva Tamulaitienė , so for JSM, you have reached the 3 user agent license.

Disable the 'New users have access to this project' flip in the 'Jira service management' section and this problem should be resolved
