is it possible to edit PDF formatted documents in JIRA using a App such as adobe pro? if so what APP do I require. at present we have to download each document, edit/sign then upload again which can be a tedious exercise, be nice to have the ability to edit/sign in the ticket as it moves through our process.
No this isn’t possible, at least OOTB. You have to edit outside of the application and the attach the updated doc. You might consider managing the doc outside of Jira and providing a link within Jira.
