a basic question. please don't ming answering
how do i flow the tickets that was raised in Jira Service Desk into Jira for planning to fix and release sev-3 kind of production defects in the product.??
You can create your Service Management project as normal, with any fields you want on the request form.
You will also need a separate Jira Software project (sounds like you'll want a Scrum project, which comes with Sprints and a backlog where you can plan fixes, but a simple Kanban project will also work). Software projects come with boards, and you will need to edit the filter of this board to look at the issue key of the Service project.
So the board will be 'hosted' within the Software project, but you will configure this board to look for issues in the service project.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the response. Can you please help with a screen shot?

Hi @Prasad Bharadwaj This Atlassian doc should be able to help - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-filters
When editing the filter, you will want to add in the project keys of the JSM projects you wish to display on the board
